Serving Humanity with Heart and Soul
The Founder of the NGO Wg Cdr(R) Muazzam Ali Sheikh met perpetual losses one after the other losing a brilliant young son 36 years age, while pursuing PhD abroad. He died in an accident and the father subsequently lost his life partner after her sudden death in 2021. It left deep marks on his life, he decided to fight back and convert his tragedy into a blessing of service for humanity with all his passion. He embarked upon the journey, single handily four years back. His family and friends, inspired by his spirit, joined on his Call to accomplish the noble Mission, hand in hand. To fulfil the ideals of his deceased Son, for excellence in Higher Education and his late Wife’s legacy to donate religiously, he established NN Patron’s Trust on Adhoc basis.
The Founder having served in Air Force for 25 years, gained enough experience in Management and HRD. After entering civil life, he Established Falcons Public School / Welfare Society and dedicated his services at Mubeen Trust School by contributing productively in promotion of Education and Social Welfare for 30 years. Using his rich experience of military and civil background, spread over 65 years, he renamed it as NN Welfare Foundation on 30th: April 2021.
The Foundation established it roots firmly, thanks to the Donors support and Team Member’s life experience in Management, Entrepreneurship, Health and Education. The journey was challenging and demanding in resilience and hard work. The sapling started growing as a fruit bearing tree, serving the society in diverse fields of Social Welfare. He with his steadfast Team Members, kept the torch lighted for Hope and Longevity, with full spirit.

The education program has been extended to include secondary and inter level studies, to enable students reach professional universities

Key Milestones
- In our journey, NN Welfare Foundation has faced many challenges in its establishment and growth. These have been accomplished with resilience and hard work on self-help basis with an organized and professional approach.
- A small but devoted Team of 25 Members organized, its General and Executive Bodies and attained many accomplishments. The committed Members and Donors from family and friends, contributed millions of rupees, every year. The Donations were utilized very productively, with transparency for:
- Beneficiaries Support: Dozens of registered Zakat deserving families are receiving donations for Ration / House Hold Maint Package on monthly basis.
- Higher Education Scholarships: Ten needy and talented HEC recognized University Students have been awarded Scholarships on merit.
- Those who have graduated are contributing productively for self-growth, their families and well-being of community with zeal and enthusiasm.
- Constitutional Framework was adopted and implemented for compliance with Law and accountability.
- All Donations received and disbursed are notified among Members, to update and motivate the Donors. Quarterly Balance Sheet is published for scrutiny by all Members.
- Collaboration With larger NGOs, Al-Khidmat and Akhuwat was done with coordinated effort, to provide relief to the victims in emergencies.
